Location 4 personnes bord de mer, Location gîte de Manester à Plouhinec

The Annex is in fact the first gite built by our parents Ernestine and Pierre in the 60s. We have completely renovated and redecorated it to bring in up to date. We have kept some historic pieces.

This gite (80m2) sleeps 4 , and is just 1.5km from Plouhinec, 3 km from the beaches and world class dunes "Grand site naturel de France Gâvres - Quiberon". It is 2km from the tidal Ria d'Etel.

The gite is semi – detached.

The open living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freeze, Dish washer, washing machine, microwave, and oven). In the living room area you will find everything you need to make your visit comfortable : TV, DVD, and a wood burner. The gite has electric central heating.

On the ground floor : the living room, a utility room, bathroom and WC.

Upstairs, : 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 singles) bathroom and WC. There is also a cot, changing mattress, high chair, baby bath and potty.

The gite has a covered terrace, with garden furniture and BBQ plus a sun patio.

Bed linen : € 15 per bed

Towels : € 10 per person

Logs : € 50 per ster or €10 for a wheelbarrow full.
